The Refuge of David - Mission North Korea, is starting to support and pray for the North Korean orphans, which are being saved with the help of M.J., who is a South Korean Christian missionary. M.J. who has helped North Koreans Orphans reach freedom, which have fled from the most repressive country in the world, North Korea.  If you would like to work with The Refuge of David on this mission in Asia to support this cause, contact us. Their world came crashing down shortly after they crossed into Laos illegally on May 10 of 2013, when they were caught by police without papers. Here they sleep at the detention center they were taken to.

The abandoned youngsters, aged between 15 and 23, had crossed into China to try to find food and shelter. They were sheltered by M.J. for two years.

The orphans were kept in cramped conditions at the detention center for more than two weeks as they awaited their fate.

On May 27 2013, the youngsters -- pictured at the detention center in Laos -- were sent back to North Korea and subsequently paraded as propaganda tools -- as of now it is not known if they have been taken to a concentration/prison camp or executed.
